  Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label, which will be emailed to you immediately for easy printing at home.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all accessory tags and liners are intact to qualify for a full refund.

  Drop Off and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
